We don't already spend enough? In my "little" district in NH the annual cost per student is slightly more than $16,000 per year. How much more would be "enough"?

Yeah, while you're at it why don't you opine that Americans will be crossing the border to mow lawns and build houses in Mexico? That would be just slightly less insane than your assertion that the US has embraced a Third World economic model.
