To keep the record straight, Steve Shor recently retired and handed the alleged scam off to Mr. Yehuda Gutwein:

Administrative Messages
Dear NCLF Friends and Supporters,

After nearly 20 years of service to the NCLF, I am retiring from my position as President and Chairman of the Board. The new Administration will be headed by Mr. Yehuda Gutwein, CPA. Mr. Guttwein is a well-respected member of the community with vast experience in accounting and financial matters. I can assure you that Mr. Gutwein will be as dedicated as I have been in insuring that the mission of the NCLF is fulfilled each and every day. Without question, I will continue to make myself available to assist in whatever capacity is required, and will volunteer my time as much as possible to insure the continued growth and success of the NCLF.

I urge you to continue your support of the NCLF. It is an amazing organization that is doing amazing things every day. I have listed many of our important accomplishments below.

Sincerely Yours,

Steve Shor

I wonder just how many stem packages he has in that basement/telemarketing office to transfer to CBAI in Vegas

They probably decided to look for the best deal they could get to store all their stem cells at one location.

I can't stop thinking of the NCLF disclaimer on their CORD BLOOD COLLECTION ENROLLMENT FORM:

I understand that the cord blood collected at time of delivery will be processed and stored long term. I understand that NCLF has no obligation whatsoever if the cells are infected or damaged. (A test will be made before use). NCLF does not guarantee success of any future use of the cells. I waive any dispute with NCLF.
