They probably decided to look for the best deal they could get to store all their stem cells at one location.

I can't stop thinking of the NCLF disclaimer on their CORD BLOOD COLLECTION ENROLLMENT FORM:

I understand that the cord blood collected at time of delivery will be processed and stored long term. I understand that NCLF has no obligation whatsoever if the cells are infected or damaged.
