gem and a few others ---- let me rephrase a bit, or re-explain my position. i will give jb an 'a' for being a geologist. that being said, let him use that expertise and have zero control over any other portion of the company, current or reorganize, etc. it would be his charge to present information to the board and if a compelling reason to move forward on a project(s) develops, he is not the decision maker. clean his slate and let him do what he does best, and imo, running the company is at the bottom of his skill set. that should not be taken as a negative either. rarely do special skill sets, in this case a gelogist, mix well with developing and running a true organization. some on this board will take me to task in saying so, but that is fine. the person, jb, has to turn over the reins to a true business man. imagine if jb hasone function as a geologist and hsi activities were limited to such activites. he already knows where he wants to go and he also knows the sooner he hits paydirt, he becomes a very wealthy person. business is business, and greed is greed. lbsr needs money, and no one is going to let him spend without proper checks and balances ----- he would have no checkbook.
