Perfectly said & restated 1dmg

I've been saying the same thing for over a year and have been chastised on more than one occasion.

I don't disagree, but I also don't envision LBSR as a massive mining "organization".. I think JB has lucrative claims, we all know it and now he is going about trying to monetize these claims.

The best, lowest risk strategy for NPSP appears to be a JV with SAGE and the combination with their uranium assets into NEWCO. I think this stratgey makes sense and may pan out to be worth 10s of millions in NEWCO equity a few years from now.

BCSP needs a JV partner or two or three. The logical progression here would be another NEWCO to be formed with LBSR holding equity. Be it 30,40,50%, thats how I see it happening, and will pan out big time upon drill program initiation and when the JV deliniates another Pebble or 2 or 3...

HM, WC and the whole Tombstone project appears lucrative with much historical results. The strategy appears to be to drill the 15 drill holes and develop a broader plan for a mine and further exploration. Will a JV partner step up now and supply the money for initial drill program or does JB get financing/stock dilution to fund. The stakes appear to be leverage, as if the 15 drill holes confirm JB's past beliefs and work in the area, then we have a major deposit and the future JV partner will pay up big time. If a JV partner steps in now, LBSR may have to give up a higher % of the project equity, although there would be minimal dilution
