I think it is fairly common in mining business for the partner with the cash to be in charge, but you would be naive to assume an expert geologist opinion won't carry significant weight. BCSP is now in need of a partner or more to bring the cash and lead drilling and exploration efforts. Hay Mountain may be a situation where JB want to finance a drill program and further prove the ore grade so as to get a better more lucrative JV down the road.
