I presume you do not have any further info to add since you are not on THIS EQUITY COMMITTEE. I do not care what you did in the past on EC's since THIS is for our Washington Mutual Equity Security holders. I have faith in my EC, more so, I have faith in the shareholders that pay attention to detail like Nate and others. Like myself, I'm just an idiot. But not to sound like like a promoter - this is a done deal - the DIME objection and the EC support says it all.

Well, why don't you enlighten us about the two "death traps" so we can make sure to forward to the appropriate people? After all, if it's something the EC attorneys overlooked, wouldn't you feel better if it was addressed prior to thousands of people being screwed over? After all, you have been on an equity committee so it seems you can relate to the situation at hand. I'm sure you sparked the curiosity of some.
