Well, why don't you enlighten us about the two "death traps" so we can make sure to forward to the appropriate people? After all, if it's something the EC attorneys overlooked, wouldn't you feel better if it was addressed prior to thousands of people being screwed over? Given dimeq's placement pari passu with wamuq, according to the plan, you're better off with a hole in your head than holding this without dimeq's resolution. Even if you got the full 30% and dime got squat, which is iffy, the newco's value would have to trade (if it even trades) at double the estimated plan value to break even holding commons at 7 cents.
