Sir, I've served on an equity committee before. I know how they work. I know how debtors work. I know how settlements work. And furthermore, I know the footnotes and fine print can be the most important part of any document, especially in a plan of reorganization.

Furthermore, I know a death trap when I see it. There are 2 of them in this plan. I have to give props to the debtors counsel. Quite crafty, and innovative, albeit deceiving as hell.
