#17759 RE: space1230 #17756

logic is this:

5 months since suspension and no financials, no correction of inaccurate info, no transparency, no business, no operations, no known business plan moving forward, nothing at all that needs to be done.

When are you going to stop hanging your hat on these non-events and actually require a real, verifiable, transparent event that opens the shades of this company and allows you to see what is really behind the curtains?

There is nothing here. They have a lawyer. Is that a big surprise considering they were suspended by the SEC amongst a group of 16 other stocks? And placed within an article that announced the suspensions and stated that they were all in an effort to crack down on micro-cap fraud?

Pretty disturbing if you ask me. Who would ever want their beloved stock and IR guy involved in this headline?

SEC Suspends Trading in 17 Companies in Proactive Effort to Combat Microcap Stock Fraud

George Canellos, Director of the SEC’s New York Regional Office, added, “The investing public does not have accurate or adequate information about these securities to use in making informed investment decisions. Nonetheless, stock-touting websites, twitter users, and often anonymous individuals posting to Internet message boards have hyped many of these companies, and these promotional campaigns have been followed by spikes in share price and trading volume.”

The Microcap Fraud Working Group is a joint initiative of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement and Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations. The Working Group is pursuing a strategic approach to combating microcap fraud by focusing on recidivists and insiders, and on the attorneys, auditors, broker-dealers, transfer agents and other gatekeepers that facilitate a large volume of the fraud in this sector. The Working Group is comprised of staff from the SEC’s headquarters in Washington D.C., each of its 11 regional offices, and from the Office of Market Intelligence, Division of Corporation Finance, Division of Risk, Strategy, and Financial Innovation, Office of General Counsel, Division of Trading and Markets, and the Division of Investment Management.

LOL, anybody who feels as if ANWM did not belong in this group is kidding themselves. All a part of a widespread crackdown with these 17 being the poster children.

Go blame whoever you want, the SEC release speaks directly of internet touting and hyping. Gee, was Ken guilty of internet touting and hyping ANWM? And was ANWM suspended for inaccurate information? Who was spewing that info? Yep, it was Ken. But, you seem to think it's all Medlinks fault don't you?

Not even you can twist the SEC release. 17 companies suspended in a proactive effort to compbat microcap fraud. Yep, that's the headline. And ANWM has done nothing to get out from under that headline have they? Haven't shown their shareholders a single thing that would suggest they do not belong on that list. and it's been 5 long months.
