every consider that KA may have grown tired of the very distorted painting, that you just hung up, & devised a plan where he can slap a ceo in the back of the head to ensure that things get done right? (boy will I get slack for that comment, lol). Maybe if that grey-land death scenario took place (like you insisted), then I'd hold your hand & agree with you. However, seeing Rett involved & the fact that KA is certainly not in hiding. Well, that's where you have to salt your food with logic now & stop with the "i've been around & have seen some stuff dude."

What can we say when an IR says: Ok, here's the deal. We have x% interest. Mr. ceo, you just have to obtain financing by x date. & then the ceo either sits on his executive chair & goes 'duuuh, financing?' or better yet (the oh so familiar ceo): "well the investors are buying on speculation, why don't I just waste some time & dilute the he*l out of it to raise the cash?" Then it's "oh, well I diluted & raised 75% of what we needed, but now we have no more LOI & we just have a horrific s/s & a pps that is 90% lower (as he says duuuuh). But, oh good, I can keep that money." <---now is that boiler plate?!?!?!?!!!
