Poster children? OOOOH, a big bad example the sec made of the 17? Come on, this isn't the 1st time this has been done. It's just a new "group name" for unnecessary jobs that were created. Was the sec justified? Yeah probably, but not necessarily for the reasons that YOU chose them to be. I will restate "Atascadero, CA" is the 1st link to Medlink & that location appears in the sec suspension while it was COMMON KNOWLEDGE that the former medical equipment company was long done operating out of that municipality & state for quite some time!
Nothing done? yeah maybe quite less that we hoped for. but Donald Rett is nothing done? I surely don't see you discrediting him. If it were a colossal game to mislead the public, why spend the cash on such a high powered securities expert & former sec attorney? There's where I want you to put logic. What doesn't gel, in your story, is that it costs nothing to walk away from a farce & let it die in grey land. That's the obvious road (for a scam of course). Yet, what also doesn't fit is the fact that there is essentially no volume (yet) & no one is there pumping & touting today. So why would 'they' hang around? Why pr twice (however much we dislike the pr's)? Why update otc in june? Why would the IR answer a poster & state "assays with a property" & "mm is working with Rett." <--There'd be no reason under your theory. Unless of course it was to try & pull the wool over the shareholders' eyes with the sec sitting there watching (currently). <---Now that doesn't make sense ace.
We all know that Medink was (some still say is) the parent company of anwm. Have you even peeked, with one eye, & looked at that disaster these days? Kind of solidifies the Medlink incompetence theory that has been around here for some time. That (my) statement doesn't even take into account my own calls to those blubber heads. They would have been more honest saying, "we don't care."
I'm going to make a suggestion. Nodummy provided outstanding input, here, back in early July. There was a lot of unsolved mysteries with share count #'s, holdings by Hixson (MLKNA ceo), etc. There was also much sec issue with a filing that referenced the anwm absorption into mlkna (when that occurred). I want you to brush up on those informative posts & I am going to do the same. Maybe that will assist us in removing some of our debates off the table.
