Personally, I think (well, am at least hopeful) that this will bring to light many more people who would make great MS.
Interestingly, some of our most active and longest tenured? MS are mostly lurkers or at the very least infrequent posters. They read a variety of boards and just want to read a clean board so they take action where they're interested.
It's not so easy to find people who mostly lurk and just have good intentions to actively help out. As Admin, the vast majority of our time is spent with the people who instead are the troublemakers.
