Perhaps creating an open-call for Mod Squaders, and bolstering their ranks would unburden Admins? I'm nearly certain Dave/Meat could set up a TOU based algorithm to vet acceptable candidates on the fly. Just a thought, and I do appreciate IH's willingness to interact with site users over a litany of aspects.



We have thousands of Users here who have never Moderated a board and have no idea how to go about it with the current system. We're hoping those that have the time and interest will now be able to step up more easily.
