Troublemakers? That's a tad harsh, no? How about "misdirected or misinformed users of the site"?

I've been on IH since it was launched, and on RB since '98, and yet I have no idea how Mod Squaders are found and/or recruited. That's why I mentioned an 'open-call' to bolster their ranks.

I understand IH is a business with a bottom line, and that hiring additional Admins comes with a price tag. I think IH would have no trouble finding MSers to help, if people were aware they could apply.

Just my 2 cents worth Shelly, I'm sure users will adapt to whatever Admins decide.
