Some very good posts today folks. One thought caught me though. For those that are willing to sacrifice the time, money and make the effort to attend, I sure hope company doesn't release a PR, where those attending, are not at computers to be buying or selling WDRP stock, depending upon the PR. Would not be nice for many hardcore shareholders to drive or fly to this meeting and then miss out on a PR, while shareholders who don't attend can buy or sell, depending upon the information in that PR. Better release it Monday or Wed, whichever, if they have anything to release.

As for some of the other thoughts today which were good and well thought out, we'll see what happens. Hope you guys are right and glass is half full and not half empty. ;-)

I was told that sometime back related to another stock. I tried to look it up and I stopped reading all the exceptions, rules, SEC BS before I found the answer.

However, because WDRP's meet & greet is open to the public, doesn't that qualify as a public announcement? Isn't that how things were done before internet? I don't think they have to release a PR, maybe an 8-K, not sure.

If Robert starts to explain a few things, people are introduced, a Q&A, then the "surprise", it might be after the 3:00 bell. So if they don't have 24 hours, then they would still have until opening bell on Wed. I think.
