However, because WDRP's meet & greet is open to the public, doesn't that qualify as a public announcement? Isn't that how things were done before internet? I don't think they have to release a PR, maybe an 8-K, not sure.
If Robert starts to explain a few things, people are introduced, a Q&A, then the "surprise", it might be after the 3:00 bell. So if they don't have 24 hours, then they would still have until opening bell on Wed. I think.
