I don't think he is avoding a glory hole for any reason. Frankly, I feel that we already hit our first glory hole when we hit 135 grams over 3.5 meters. That is over 4oz of gold per ton or $6,400 per ton of ore. If that is not a glory hole then what is? It seems that the market prefers lower grades over higher grades which makes little sense to me.

In any event, CD wants continuity because continuity is what it takes to build a mine. I agree with him in that regard but I think one hole at another porphyry or one that is all the way down to the base of the current porphyry presents little risk to the stock especially at these ridiculous and artificially low prices. In the juniour resource sector you need to take some risk if you want to create some excitement so as to finance at higher prices.

That said, he is in charge and he is simply very diciplined (perhaps stubbornly so) in his approach to get a 43-101 and wants to use our money as effectively as possible to define a resource. I guess he sees his chances of hitting a glory hole in section 'A' to be as good as hitting a glory hole anywhere else. His wedging approach is being excecuted brilliantly at TPW and is about to prove up many high grade zones at the most reasonable exploration cost in the abscence of a shaft. I think that once he does that, the probability of getting someone to fund a shaft will increase substantially. At that point drilling becomes dirt cheap by comparison and the odds of being able to report a high grade long distance glory hole increase 1000 fold.

by,
Sorry for the late response.I am a chauffeur and got off work late.If a hostile taleover took place,I think we could still get a good deal. There were 2 Australian miners who are #2 and 3 in
the world for iron ore.3 was about to try for a hostile takeover of 2 and backed out in 2008,if I am not mistaken. If the hostile
takeover took place,2 would have gotten top dollar and 3 might have paid too much, resulting with the short end of the stick.
In the CC,CD stated that the reason he is drilling in the areas
he is,is that they are trying to follow the direction of the high grade already discovered. He drilled where he started based on data provided by other companies that drilled TPW before. He did
mention that higher grade is found at depth, and west toward the
adjacent property.Once the JV takes place,we will have all the
funding needed to drill west and at depth. He stated also that
below 700 meters is where the higher grade is found. You can
replay the CC and he explains the reason for drilling where he
had them drill.Andrew Malim stated "We know where the beast lives".
By reading an article on the Aureport, there is a JV taking place
at Kirkland Lake,
but the buyer may end up being the major we signed the
agreement with. That tells me there is still the possibility
with a bidding war.We can ask Gary some of these questions.
He had no comment the last time, but we can try again. It
looks like after the JV takes place,we will know a lot more about the signed agreement.CD is smart enough to have a bidding war so
that he can get the best deal for shareholders. The next
important step(and the main holdback) is finding out more
about what TPW has as far as gold ounces. With JV funding
multiple drill rigs will appear and we will have a better idea of what we have. The board members have voiced concerns about not
getting a good deal.FWIW,my response to the shareholders is,
"Don't worry about it.We'll win,just relax."JMHO.

by,
The next time you talk to Gary,I wuold like you to try again in asking a question about the CA.He stated it continues to move forward,in an older e-mail.This question is not just to answer my
curiosity, but the other board members would like to know the answer to this question. The CC listed CD's cell#,and he stated
we could call him for any questions. As shareholders we have a
right to know this since shareholders are part owners of the company.Calling CD is plan B.The question I would like you to ask Gary is:

Since a CA has been signed with a major, why is it taking so
long(What's the holdup)for the JV to take place.Other JV
agreements that took place moved along much faster than this.
The reason for this question ,is that the CA agreement was announced in the CC on 7/7/11.It has been probably at least 5
or 6 months, since the CA was signed. It doesn't make sense for it to take this long.
If you would,I would like you to ask him this for question
#2.What's the latest update on progress of the JV,if the major
doesn't plan to invest in drilling, anytime soon.
Based on a JV that took place on the adjacent property, the
major may want to make sure the ounces are there. However,if
that is the case,it makes you wonder why they signed the agreement.Just a thought.Any comments on this last paragraph?
