Sorry for the late response.I am a chauffeur and got off work late.If a hostile taleover took place,I think we could still get a good deal.There were 2 Australian miners who are #2 and 3 in
the world for iron ore.3 was about to try for a hostile takeover of 2 and backed out in 2008,if I am not mistaken.If the hostile
takeover took place,2 would have gotten top dollar and 3 might have paid too much,resulting with the short end of the stick.
In the CC,CD stated that the reason he is drilling in the areas
he is,is that they are trying to follow the direction of the high grade already discovered.He drilled where he started based on data provided by other companies that drilled TPW before.He did
mention that higher grade is found at depth,and west toward the
adjacent property.Once the JV takes place,we will have all the
funding needed to drill west and at depth.He stated also that
below 700 meters is where the higher grade is found.You can
replay the CC and he explains the reason for drilling where he
had them drill.Andrew Malim stated "We know where the beast lives".
By reading an article on the Aureport,there is a JV taking place
at Kirkland Lake,
but the buyer may end up being the major we signed the
agreement with. That tells me there is still the possibility
with a bidding war.We can ask Gary some of these questions.
He had no comment the last time,but we can try again.It
looks like after the JV takes place,we will know a lot more about the signed agreement.CD is smart enough to have a bidding war so
that he can get the best deal for shareholders.The next
important step(and the main holdback) is finding out more
about what TPW has as far as gold ounces.With JV funding
multiple drill rigs will appear and we will have a better idea of what we have.The board members have voiced concerns about not
getting a good deal.FWIW,my response to the shareholders is,
"Don't worry about it.We'll win,just relax."JMHO.
