The next time you talk to Gary,I wuold like you to try again in asking a question about the CA.He stated it continues to move forward,in an older e-mail.This question is not just to answer my
curiosity,but the other board members would like to know the answer to this question.The CC listed CD's cell#,and he stated
we could call him for any questions.As shareholders we have a
right to know this since shareholders are part owners of the company.Calling CD is plan B.The question I would like you to ask Gary is:

Since a CA has been signed with a major,why is it taking so
long(What's the holdup)for the JV to take place.Other JV
agreements that took place moved along much faster than this.
The reason for this question ,is that the CA agreement was announced in the CC on 7/7/11.It has been probably at least 5
or 6 months,since the CA was signed.It doesn't make sense for it to take this long.
If you would,I would like you to ask him this for question
#2.What's the latest update on progress of the JV,if the major
doesn't plan to invest in drilling,anytime soon.
Based on a JV that took place on the adjacent property,the
major may want to make sure the ounces are there.However,if
that is the case,it makes you wonder why they signed the agreement.Just a thought.Any comments on this last paragraph?
