I know you have very strong feelings toward this case and towards Intel's business practices in general, but extraordinary statements like these require extraordinary proof. It's quite something to accuse Intel of holding an entire industry hostage, as if Intel is even doing a half-assed job at it.

Yes, they want access to the markets they manufacture very compelling products for. That might be too much to ask for from your perspective, but your opinion on the matter is pretty irrelevant for the case. It´s not a matter of opinion.
