Keith, it's a matter of law, and it's in the lawyer's hands, all the amount of BS and handwaving by both companies dont mean much until it goes to trial.

Only if you believe "all's fair in love and war."

AMD is selectively applying anti-trust law just to get ahead. Just read the testimony of Jerry Sanders in support of Microsoft. Fair competition? Only if kissing ass and relying on the two biggest monopolies in this nation (Microsoft and the federal government) to save your butt is "fair."
