amr. I've been a long term share holder for years and years and years, but don't feel the silence in the process has been of benefit to long term shareholders. I'd think that IDCC would be required by the SEC to remain in a 'quiet state' if they are expecting a big change in strategic value.
I think that the last PR stating they would remain in a "quiet state"pending news on any strategic alternatives left IDCC shareprice open to LOTS of speculation,plus the vagaries in the overall mkt..Thats the state we are in.
