I'd think that IDCC would be required by the SEC to remain in a 'quiet state' if they are expecting a big change in strategic value.

I think that the last PR stating they would remain in a "quiet state"pending news on any strategic alternatives left IDCC shareprice open to LOTS of speculation,plus the vagaries in the overall mkt..Thats the state we are in.
