Bearslayre, i'm not one of those "SOME", but I will tell you that aside from securing the SEC settlement, I don't think there have been many real accomplishments. Or, accomplishments that show up as such, on the financial statments, etc. JMHO I will change my mind if I start to see some things come to fruition.

As far as Hudson, i'd thought that it would not only take the summer but rather the rest of this year, for their share selling to run out. I still think that. JMHO

Agree with you about the feds, hopefully that's all it (the delay) is.

And the "ouch", i'm with you.

I guess I am tired of the next week, next month, next quarter, etc. Yes management has acoomplished several things.
The SEC, good job.
The aquisition of GTC, so far nothing has changed.
I thought there would be an upswing.
Could you tell me of other positive things that have happened>
Whenever I spoke to Barbara, it is the same, "We are working our buts off. I will let management know how you feel. I asked for M.C. to give us a shareholder update. Great Idea, I will pass it on."
I truely feel we are being led down the road to ruin. How much more time can we give them? From what I thought was a solid attempt to be the world leaders in this technology, I feel we are falling out of the race. If the govt, did indeed thought we had the solution, I don't think we would have to wait months, or whatever, to get the tests done.
Bottom line, how about management let the shareholders know what is going on. Give us some updates. Not they can get more shares, but somerthing that will keep us around and still have the faith of the company.
I talk to a lot of people and they are as discusted as I am.
I will continue to look for answers about our progress and hope others do also.
