Not to worry though..since the beginning of the year they've only kicked on another 76,000,000 shares.
That's right 76,000,000 but R&D takes a back seat to "Professional Fees" - over a million in 2010 and $627K for the first six months of 2011 and don't get me started about executive compensation.
You're justified in your anger. Use it to your advantage before it's to late.
