Disagree. $85 not good enough and I'd vote against it. Somehow our patents are worth less because the market is scared of Greece? I don't think so. Pay up or shut up.
Agree --- $85 would be good. Anything over that would be a bonus at this point.
Maybe I live in a fantasy world, but I think unless Howard Goldberg and Bill Merritt are full of BS, and IDCC really does have the goods then I can't imagine them selling for a song & dance. IMO they'd be foolish to sell (or give away) the jewels for anything less than $5B. I also think that it's not so much who wants our patents.......it's more about who doesn't want somebody else to have them. Hence, a bidding war! JMO
FISH, I still think $200.00 per share is doable. I think that this company and the patents are easily worth more than twice what Nortel is worth. We'll soon know if I am a realist or just a dreamer.
