1LAGUY,

I believe that IDCC's mgt. will not accept anything less than the
ALL TIME HIGH for the stock which is $82. amd I also believe that if no bids come close to that number then there would be NO SALE.
MGT. has to say in accepting any deal that hey we got you the all time for the stock; a defensible position.

$85 not good enough and I'd vote against it. Somehow our patents are worth less because the market is scared of Greece?

It certainly could impact the price that companies are willing to pay. How many acquisitions do you remember during the fall of '08? That should have been a great time for companies to deploy cash, but almost none do during a panic.

I betcha the institutional shareholders would jump at that $85 now so it doesn't really matter what we think. I'd certainly take it.

If it comes down to a vote at 80 or 85 I'm selling first chance I get. I'm not going to wait around for a better offer or for a negative vote either way.

All we need is some sort of Lehman moment to happen and all bets are off. I watched many great companies like AAPL go from 200 to 78 in a few months back in 2008-2009. I don't want to see that again unless I'm all in cash. If I miss the upside from 80$ I could live with that.

Peace
