The question in my mind is what else, if anything, does '113 block at nanomolar concentrations?
Not yet disclosed as far as I know. They do say it shows significant selectivity over insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor and insulin receptor tyrosine kinases. That's important because they have very similar structures to ALK.
