I agree, and I have another problem w/the "Go get another broker" business philosophy.

If you have a product, you try to get vendors to carry it for you, you don't tell your customers to try to find a store that carries it, YOU the producer beats feet to get it to as many markets as possible.

The burden should never be on the buyer.

This topic has been discussed 5000 times, but let's go over it one more time.

Penson chooses to follow the DTCC list for whatever reason.

MMTE or any other company can be put on the list for a reason as small as one individual making a complaint.

MMTE has been on the list for over 2 years.

the DTCC has not given MMTE any guidance as to the reason why MMTE is on the list. If the DTCC will not tell MMMTE what the problem is them there is no way on earth that MMTE can resolve the problem.

The system is a joke and it is out of the hands of MMTE.

It is Overcash playing games, again get a real broker.

The base problem still remains that Billy the Kid could not care less about the financial well-being of MMTE investors! So long as he makes a wad 'o cash, he's happy. To hell with all the investors!
