That is the same type of response from WL. Technically, sure it's no concern to you as you can buy and sell. And I can buy and sell as well since I had a different Brojker. And, sure, if someone want's to buy and sell, get another broker, that would solve the issue.

The issue here is I strongly believe anyone running a company should be concerned that someone will not allow my shares to be traded. Or anything that could spread negative info about them.

Seriously, if you owned a company, would you not be concerned about this? You would not be even curious to know why this is? Rumors start to fester with things like this, things are twisted around and wild speculation about why this is so.

If it were my company I would have a response for someone asking. Really, it is a simple thing to inquire and is in their best interest.

Because of this I am going to have to use my own common sense and conjecture that MMTE knows exactly why Penson will not allow them to clear.

Like I said, I am long, but I will bring bring up issues like these when people just want to dismiss them because it doesn't fit their agenda of posting only positive or negative issues.
