I have seen this many times. The point I am trying to make and then I will drop it is this:
If you were running the company and someone asked you a question regarding this, would you have better liked:
a) your response, probably worded a little nicer as it is going out to the public / potential shareholders,
or the response I got:
b)"nothing is trivial however, I have never spoken to Penson nor have I ever spoken to any brokers. My days are not spent speaking to brokers or clearing houses.
I have no idea what to tell you."
Trust me, I realize his days are not spent talking to brokers, i knew they were not when I sent him this. I was not expecting him to call the brokers on this. I had thought that he would have some idea why they are on Penson's list. It was stated in the Q&A he was working on something... I did not think I was going to get this response.
