Sunny, after reading this article one can see why ZECCO will not let them put sells in. It's because they don't have them and are not cleared. Penson is very shifty. Personally I wouldn't have anything to do with ZECCO after this read when they are affiliated with the manipulation and cellar boxing with shares they don't have cleared.

This read that was posted is lengthy but well worth it. Wait until you see where VFIN comes into play.
