USC, I believe you'd only be liable for any fees if the shares were sold, in which event the price tag is moot at that level and share count, LOL!

We ARE DTC eligible, so no issues there. If you saw my other post, Penson's the problem, so switch to a non-Penson broker (see links in my post).

If I recall, as a strategy, most folks were saying they'd be leaving ZECCO shares intact and make any new purchases thru a new non-Penson broker, since any transfers would mean fees incurred.

It's flippers using Pesnon who'll be eating some profits, IMO.
