As a competant investor, I looked at this comparison, and I can argue that Bayport's REE as they are disclosed and understood at this time should be worth no less than $20M, or about 25% of TRER...

The nice thing is, as we all have been saying, Bayport has more than just a REE Division and is set up correctly for payouts.

I have no confirmation of any share dividends, what I do know is that holding companies like Bayport get set up to issue stock dividends in their subs. I also know, any cash raised here is mainly for their REE Divison.

As I'm told, for competeitive reasons, Bayort has not disclosed nor is done negotiating other REE land, including more around WOW/Spring Sage and you will have to rely on what is given to you until further notice.

You will note in the comparison, if you do one on your own, that TRER started last September 2010 with filed geological results from the 1980s, and evaluated those for REE and put them out as assays in a PR. Bayport, similarly, has taken previously done geological work in Utah, found the REE in them, and partially disclosed them just this week.

TRER went on to raise about $20M in cash this past winter, after reporting those assays, which by the way, were done in-house, and not through a third party.

TRER then went on this summer to do an aeromagnetic survey, so at this point they are ahead of Bayport.

But, you can clearly see that Bayport, is in the same exact position as TRER was 12 months ago...look for yourself...

I like this a lot, and also the fact that Bayport has other Divisions to disclose soon.....

Christmas folks, is only 3 months away now...I see no reason for this to not keep going up through the holidays as attempts are made to sure up the assays and raise cash....the same thing just happened to TRER a year ago...and they only have 1 Division really...

Well, where do I start?

First read this to see what a respected analyst thinks of TRER.
http://www.goldgeologist.com/mercenary_musings/musing-110829-REE-Review-Every-Good-Geologist-Knows-That-Grade-Is-King.pdf

Note, that TRER's REE's are extremely low grade, yet are still way above the background levels seen at EXTO's Utah claims.

Then read my post which refers to the numbers EXTO used in their pr.
Then, use some intuition (for the moment, kindly discount your rational exuberance over what you think EXTO may be doing) and you might see that they are simply using the REE buzz to generate some interest in their company.

Nice all the work you're doing to see if you can unearth what they might be doing in Newfoundland. But, from my perspective, I see a non reporting company which has no proof of anything.

Then, you compared TRER's % of company in REE's to EXTO's. Fist EXTO has nothing proven (or even close) at this point...gold, ree's, oil, seafood, or anything...it's all up the air. TRER, by contrast, has a property that was first considered for its beryl and uranium. As they have just started drilling (the old work was years ago) their property is way too early stage to be considered as viable, much less a bankable resource.

That said, they have another analyst who did a seemingly thorough report that shows that the ore body is the largest in the world. But that study doesnt really address the low grade problem. It is, however, a good read, and can be found with a forum board search.

Last, TRER, being early stage, was extremely overvalued when it popped to $10, and today's value is only due to speculation of what could be.

Bayport's REE as they are disclosed and understood at this time should be worth no less than $20M, or about 25% of TRER...

See above, there is no indication that they are even close to having any REE's worth mining, so the value is......next to nothing

I disagree that Ree's make up 50% of our value. Both spring sage and wow are very rich in gold and silver. We also have huge oil interests as well.
