VortMax, I admire your passion to get info. IMO this is nothing more than a scam. I raise money and do IR for TSX-V Canadian junior mining companies.

I would suggest you look at who had booths at PDAC and Cambridge House that are in the REE space. Then look at how well defined their deposits are and/or what they are doing to explore the deposit/create shareholder value.

I did talk to Lou, and he has no clue about mining, resource development etc. I can guaranty you this is just another pink sheet scam.
