As a competant investor, I looked at this comparison, and I can argue that Bayport's REE as they are disclosed and understood at this time should be worth no less than $20M, or about 25% of TRER...

The nice thing is, as we all have been saying, Bayport has more than just a REE Division and is set up correctly for payouts.

I have no confirmation of any share dividends, what I do know is that holding companies like Bayport get set up to issue stock dividends in their subs. I also know, any cash raised here is mainly for their REE Divison.

As I'm told, for competeitive reasons, Bayort has not disclosed nor is done negotiating other REE land, including more around WOW/Spring Sage and you will have to rely on what is given to you until further notice.
