I trade mostly biotech companies with PIII trial rsults,
but lot of buyout companies too. There are many companies
put themself up for sell, but not all of them can
get the price they want, GRPO and BIG are two that
recently failed because the offer were too low, one thing
I am sure is if a deal is late, better get out, if
IDCC is to sell itself, IDCC will get the deal By
early OCT the latest, otherwise the offer is too low
for IDCC to sell, and I can bet IDCC stock will drop
way before the news, my experences tells me market
will smell the results one or two week ahead of
us.
