GD.. I'm thinking you might wish to ratchet it up to mid september, if there's no news from IDCC or no substantial rumors (from a reliable in the know source). I do expect news or a substantial rumor after labor day. .. nic

one thing I am sure is if a deal is late, better get out, if IDCC is to sell itself, IDCC will get the deal By early OCT the latest, otherwise the offer is too low for IDCC to sell, and I can bet IDCC stock will drop way before the news
