Shazz, that was my point, they made a very specific declaration this time around unlike the past where they said 'we are pursing funding' or this funding is for 'research'. So my point is they have put themselves in a corner and they either must produce a chip or tell use why the PR contained false info if the chip in fact doesnt get completed (with this money) - I am hoping for the former.

As far as the share price, the true 'test' will be when all of those new shares hit the market, which could be in a few months to over a year.

As is often the case, the declarations made in PRs don't necessarily jibe with the facts in the filings. The 8-K is pretty clear in the fact that the proceeds will be used to pay off the convertible notes due before anything else. The filings are also clear in the fact that the total of the convertible notes due exceeds the proceeds from the financing.

The PR is protected by safe harbor, but the filings, by law, must be accurate. When the two contradict each other, the astute investor will believe the filings before believing the PR.
