Where the previous convertible notes considered "death spiral"? Can these notes that NVEI just obtained be paid off early?

In regards to the warrants. What happens if it gets bought? What happens to those warrants then?

And contradictions are as routine as the sun coming up and going down each day. NVI's PR's are laughable, and in fact unbelievable.
