Dont you get it? We have heard ' complete the FPGA ' or finish the tech for years. ANY money raised at NVEI goes to keep the lights on and pay salary and bonuses. No money is spent on tech because there is no tech. How many times does this have to happen before you ' contemplate ' ( to quote one of NVEI's recent words used to deceive ) that this is nothing but a scam?

for what it's worth, it appears that this time they have stated

"The proceeds of this financing will be used primarily to accelerate the completion of a commercially deployable version of its chipset.

"New Visual has taken a major step forward with the help of these institutional and private investors," stated Brad Ketch, New Visual's CEO and President. "These funds will allow us to aggressively pursue our goal of completing the beta version of the chipset this year."

It appears in the past all the funding announcements were directed towards the "research" of the chipset, and this time they have committed to the commercal deployment of it.

Only time will tell - could be different this time, could be just another ruse - but IMO the price hasn't dropped much at all so looks like most folks are sticking around.
