Question/Comment for the board: In the past NV has always alluded to the obstacle or hindrance of adequate funding for their inability to complete the tech. Now that they have the funding, they really don’t have that as an 'out' or an excuse any longer. It will be interesting to see how they spin this, if in fact they are not able to complete the FPGA (obviously we are hoping that they do complete it, so this scenario doesn't occur). Now I know that some will retort the fact that most of this funding will go to salaries, debt reduction and other expenses, but lets not take that into account (for now) since the PR clearly claimed the following:
The proceeds of this financing will be used primarily to accelerate the completion of a commercially deployable version of its chipset.
So now they cannot declare 'we didn't have the funding to complete the tech'. If the say that expenses went elsewhere, the above statement can be referenced in questioning why funds weren’t allocated primarily for the tech, as clearly stated in the PR.
What are your comments on this? How will they spin it in the event they don't complete the FPGA? Any thoughts?
TIA.
