closer, I suggest you call the AMF. The fundamentals of Robert's work wth Bruno Zocalli, Design 1st, UL, and Dave Myers have been confirmed before and there are no concerns about that information. However, the AMF (Canada's version of the SEC) may have a different viewpoint about Andrew Barakett. As I mentioned before when I spoke with them, they have concerns about Wanderport if Andrew continues to be involved. Will they be communicating this concern with the SEC which has the power to suspend trading of WDRP? I don't know about that but it gives me concern about my investment. It should give everyone concern! Some posters have suggested Andrew has a personal history with some of the unsavory characters involved in the stock manipulation allegations - a history beyond just WDRP. I don't know about that either but if that is accurate he may not be the innocent bystander who just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. As I've said before, this is really just about business, and WDRP's ability to secure financing and contracts which are very much needed to move to the next phase.
