thanks again closer, I think you made my mind up.

You e-mailed Design 1st and within 5 minutes Andrew is personally calling you. He voluntarily told you over the phone the WHOLE situation which you say you can not post. Do I assume you are his lawyer then?

If Andrew explained this just once himself publically, we wouldn't need 100+ posters calling him and talking for an hour each.

I am convinced however of the following: Again, all is IMO only!
1. Design 1st is working with Robert's company.
2. There is a bench top unit showing the technology.
3. UL is testing a device for consumer safety.
4. A WDRP water heater for my shower will not be available for sale this Christmas.
