Couldn't agree more.

Given his immediate public reaction, Mr. Steele's unique perspective on this latest news is most reassuring. He has firsthand insight into the game and the principal players at Rambus, not to mention the most at stake on the outcome ( over $100MM at today's share price). If Rambus suing Samsung is a good thing by him, then Rambus suing Samsung is a good thing by me.

Just my opinion.

No, I wouldn't call it good news. Good news would be if they continue paying at the past rate. But it is to be expected. Samsung would be a fool to pay royalties on DDR now. Rambus' patents first need to be legitimized by the courts.

Looks like RMBS will be dead money for a while. Should have sold my other half @ $32. Dang.

Got to get back building the shed. The shiplap over the eaves is just about finished and will start roofing today. Dug the last 15' of trench (18" deep) for the 115V power this morning. Glad that's done. Working the pickax isn't that much fun anymore. Ha.
