I think the new management at Rambus found out what Tate has known for years.
Rambus is dealing with crooks!!
We now know Harold Hughes has the guts to stand up to these companies and hold his ground. I was fearful that the new team would cave into Samsung with a deal like IFX.
It appears to me that he got his first taste of negotiations with these crooks and found out that the courts are the only way to collect a fair price for our IP
If they will not settle with Samsung they surely will not settle with Hynix
