It's a public port; they don't need a written agreement for occasional use, do they? It's only recently that they've started to receive multiple, large volume shipments. Seems to me that they could have been operating on the basis of just making arrangements as they needed to before they started getting continuous, large-scale shipments. I bet they tested the waters at Kalama. Better to figure it out now so the shipments don't get backed up as shipping ramps up. More 'ducks n a row.'

This was talked about long ago. I even got an email from Mark that told us all about it. They don't need an agreement. They can deliver anywhere. Keep up. Just sayin

they will need a written agreement when they use the storage on the port property. However, if they just drive their equipment across the street, well - then that is different.

I am guessing the port will be more than happy to take the Tytan business

The written deal will materialize. BTW, I have called the port in the past. If Mark asks them to refrain from giving info about his shipments out over the phone, I am sure they would oblige.
