they will need a written agreement when they use the storage on the port property. However, if they just drive their equipment across the street, well - then that is different.

The written deal will materialize. BTW, I have called the port in the past. If Mark asks them to refrain from giving info about his shipments out over the phone, I am sure they would oblige.
