I would just as soon not see a cafc decision if a sale is in the works. Just would muddle things up perchance an IDCC loss. We will do fine without a cafc. .. mo .. nic

However I doubt that there is going to be an agreement which is contingent on a CAFC outcome which in the larger picture is pretty much not all that important anyway!
